our beginnings were humble
How we startedWe met in our Entrepreneurship class at the Academy of Engineering and Technology in Loudoun County, Virginia. We united with one common goal, to make our community a better place by alleviating food wastage. We explored many ideas but NiteBites is what truly sparked our interest.
|
What do we do?NiteBites aims to prevent food wastage in our local community by selling overproduced food at a discounted rate during later hours of the day.

Minimum viable productIn order to test our idea, we have created a minimum viable product. This allows us to experiment with the idea and make any changes to our business model. In order to do so, we use a service called Remind that is a mass push notification service and allows the discounts to be sent.
